Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds. 
We strive to make resources free or at  the lowest possible price. Our mission is to get these products into as many hands as possible to in sha Allah help our community increase their faith and understanding of their deen. 
We ask that you do not share our resources with others by directly sharing a file but by refering them to the website or to our facebook page. The use of products that aren't free are restricted to use only by the members of one household. No parts of any products may be copied or reproduced or modified by for example cropping out logos or for other reasons. When making our products we do all that is in our power to stick to the qur'an and hadith. We cross check and peer review our material with the people of knowledge whenever possible to stay upon Haqq. You can trust that we only use Islamic material from authentic sources, upon the understanding of the righteous predecessors as our sources.
