This document will help your little ones understand how they can better manage their big feelings of anger with the precious teachings of our beloved prophet muhammadﷺ. This resource also puts an emphasis on the importance of controlling our anger as Allah swt has told us in many places in the quran. In this document you will find the precise example of surah al Imran and how Allah describes the people of paradise to be from those who can control their anger. You can read it along with your kids and have them reflect on what makes them angry with the available worksheets. This Ramadan Siam tracker will give your little ones the confidence they need to gradually fast and maintain their fasts for longer periods as they grow in sha Allah. I wanted a tracker where my 3 year old would feel as involved as her older siblings when she can only skip breakfast or fast until lunchtime and still feel great about her efforts for Allah Swt. Kids can start tracking their 1/4 day fasts up to the whole day! This way at the end of ramadhan they'll know just how much they've fasted in sha Allah! You can also help the kids memorize 3 important Ramadhan du'as and their meanings. The tracker is available in French and in English in the same PDF
